7.30pm Saturday 1st November PIANO RECITAL BY NADIA GILIOVA
Nadia is a pianist from Ukraine. Her London debut at the Wigmore Hall in July was highly praised. She will play works by Mendelssohn, Tchaikovsky, Glinka, Rachmaninov, Chopin and Howard Blake, a modern British composer. The artist is sponsored by a member of the Wey & Arun Canal Trust in appreciation of the support for their electric boat given by the Wiggonholt Association, to which all proceeds will be donated.

7.30pm Tuesday 4th November SOPHIE TILL violin ELEANOR HARRIS piano
Both performers are familiar to Petworth audiences: SOPHIE lives in Pennsylvania USA, but has given live and broadcast recitals in USA, Europe, India and Africa.
ELEANOR lives in Provence, France, where, with Bernard D’Ascoli they run an academy for advanced piano students. They will play works by Schubert, Dvorak, Khachaturian, Chopin and Prokofiev.

7.30pm Monday 10th November THE VIENNA PIANO TRIO
MATTHIA GREDLER cello, STEFAN MENDL violin and WOLFGANG REDIK, piano Through the generosity of Mr Peter Flatter, a Petworth audience can attend an intimate performance by one of the most renowned trios in the world, prior to their appearance at the Bath Mozart Festival. They will be playing works by Mozart, Ravel and Beethoven’s Archduke Trio.
Gross takings from this concert will be donated generously and equally between the Petworth Festival and the Leconfield Hall endowment fund. Book early for this unmissable event!

3.00pm Sunday 16th November YOUNG MUSICIANS PRESENTED BY TERENCE ALLBRIGHT
ANNA SIDERIS soprano, a junior Royal Academy student, now at Oxford, LORNA RATHBONE, flute, and PATRICK YTTING, piano, both recently students at Chichester University; will perform with Terence Allbright. Works include Schubert’s The Shepherd on the Rock with MAX WELFORD clarinet, also works by Chopin.
This concert is sponsored by a member of the Wiggonholt Association and organised by Terence Allbright, composer, pianist and former artistic director of Petworth Festival. The gross proceeds will be donated to a musicians’ charity.
